Q:I wasn't trying to change your mind or completely shift the blame on some staff member either. But if they were on trial and we were the jury we'd have to discuss these things. So I wanted to tell you my concerns about the mannerisms of the man after he "disappears" for a little.

He didn’t disappear.  If you watched the actual video you would see that it was the angle of the video that hides him from view, he was behind the wooden paneling on the right side (so the video’s left side) of the entrance. There’s no proof to him entering the apartment, but there’s photo evidences of him waiting long enough for the girl with the yellow hair band to start climbing the stairs with JJ behind him ^___^

I am concluding it’s Yoochun based on the fact that there are pictures of him standing on top of the stairs, waiting for Jaejoong while the girl with the yellow hair band is rising up the stairs. You conclude it’s not him because of the 2 to 3 seconds he couldn’t be seen on the video due to the angle and your opinion of the mannerism of the persons involved.

I don’t know the mannerisms of the men involved, I just watch enough video of them to know their looks and their build. I know what I see in the video, I know what I see in the pictures.

Fortunately we are not currently jurors of a trial in which we will be on a lock down until we reach an agreement, so in this case, we can agree to disagree and leave it at that ^___^
