Q:Even after viewing the caps I am confused. The stripe shirt male (JJ) is way closer in the pictures to the yoochun/manager than in the fancam to me. The other thing is it makes no sense for Yoochun who was ahead of JJ in the beginning of the fancam to stop at the top of the stairs. He walked and went up the stairs (disappearing) and the fancam looked again towards man in black shirt(chunnie). I believe yoochun went into the doorway/went inside. That man is definitely staff/manager.

His behavior is even like a staff member. He was blocking the girl from going in where Yoochun entered. But the girl was not cooperating maybe? If it is Chun I will admit it is but the mannerisms of the blur in the video are not chun but you can kind of see the man from the front. However in the beginning of the vid from behind it is definitely chun! Why would we as fans be completely sure the back of a guy is chun but there is so much dispute over the front? My guess is because it isn’t him.

It wouldn’t be the first for a manager (CN Blue, SHINee). If it weren’t for those caps and other pictures you presented I would be so sure it isn’t Chun because the mannerisms aren’t Chun. The mannerism of the man in black walking in front of Jae is definitely Chun. But after disappearing up the stairs it seems he went inside . Why would he wait by the door? Sorry if I went into a circle haha

If that’s what you want to believe… feel free. I am not here to convince anyone it was Yoochun who did it. I was just showing that there’s more than ample evidence suggesting it was him.

I have the original video… I have seen it repeatedly and I know the distance between the person with the striped shirt, the girl with the yellow hairband, the girl with green cardigan and the person on top of the stairs.

Why Yoochun stood on top of the stairs instead of going inside? Maybe he was waiting for Jaejoong who was walking behind him and surrounded by fans? As a good friend he didn’t want to leave JJ alone?

If you don’t want to believe it’s Yoochun, it’s fine. But remember you are accusing a staff member and a manager of physically assaulting a fan with less proof I have with my statement that it was Yoochun himself hitting the fan… accident or otherwise.

In the end, quoting Yunho’s dad, God and our conscience knows the truth. I know my conscience is clear on the matter. I have logically assessed the situation, reviewed the evidence and drew a conclusion. If you have a clear conscience from believing it’s not Yoochun, and is fine with shifting the blame to someone else, feel free to.

I am not going to force you to believe in what I believe to be true ^___^
