About The Current Video Drama
I am not making this post because I want to put down Yoochun… I don’t, but right now people are calling people I know liars, they are deleting evidences and screwing up facts and if one thing I can’t stand is people distorting up the truth so badly you can only trudge on blindly behind them…
My position on the matter is, even IF it was Yoochun, and I don’t approve of his action in hitting a girl, I am not going to hate or label him as a bad person. People make mistakes, it’s human. But you still need to regret and apologize for your mistake, covering it up and denying it is not right either… In fact, it just adds up to your mistake, not to mention then you accuse others, that’s worse.
This tweet is the one that I will dissect, because this is the one that directly accuse Ho-Tel girls of accusing Yoochun without any real evidence while the poster boldly claims she will accept it if her idols makes any mistake.
The tweet started with an explanation of the event (the video, unfortunately, has been removed for some reason), so I will go directly to the statement of the so called poster of the video:
Eyewitness Account of the Video that was posted earlier
The celebrity in the video who you are questioning was already up the stairs while the person who you see is a staff person who was standing on the stairs continuously. One of the members of the website captured an article about your concerns and sent it to me, so I am confirming it now. Thus, any reference that the person in the video is the celebrity is a lie.
Because myself and other witnesses have confirmed this rumor to be a lie, any member who says things such as “haha, this is true” will be dismissed from this website.
I will forbid the reposting of this article in order to minimize any further damage this can create and I have already announced to be careful when speaking about this as to not cause unjust rumors. Those who do not comply may be kicked off the site.
I am disappointed that so many people misunderstood my video; but I can see and accept their position. But why should over 300 people (t/n: staff, associates of DBSK, etc.) be hurt because of a lie that some people have been posting?
I know that some people have been feeling pressured because they cannot prove the rumors are a lie. But I have told what happened and why would I of all people not know that? I am so afraid of this situation now, where innocent people might get hurt, that I do not care about my own reputation (t/n: normally, fans do not admit they are sasaengs b/c it can hurt their reputation)
I would like to apologize that I could not rectify the situation quicker and stop the spread of rumors.
First of all, any IDIOTS who says that SM photoshopped the video to bash Yoochun should shut the heck up. This is the link to the capture of the statement, the poster (either a JYJ fan or an OT5 fan) ADMITTED THE VIDEO TO BEING HERS. So this is not an SM photoshopped video people, it’s a REAL STALKER VIDEO. Anyone who doesn’t believe the video is real should not believe the poster when she says it’s not Yoochun, which would logically leads to a conclusion that it might be Yoochun. So denying the originality of the video is out of the question.
The author of the tweet longer said:
So it is clearly shown that the poster of the video herself—and other eyewitnesses at the event—all said that the person in question was not Yoochun, but rather another staff member (probably a DBSK guard or manager)
The Korean fandom knows that this is not Yoochun, they are not provoked by this video in any way, and I hope that the international fandom too can make their own decisions after watching the video and seeing the post made by the uploader.
However, I will defend my idol if they are wrongly accused with no real evidence
And to me, evidence that Yoochun was wearing a black shirt and standing on the stairs is not enough to prove anything. If it is for you, then so be it. But for me, I will take the word of people who were actually present and who have a reason to be angry more than any of us if Yoochun actually did hit one of them.
So let’s talk about the evidence… Here are some caps of the incident:

We can clearly see that whoever was standing on top of the stairs hit the girl while another person in a striped shirt walked up the stairs.
The person’s face isn’t clear, but we know he’s wearing a black shirt with short sleeves. At this point, this may or may not be Yoochun. Still anyone’s guess… It can be a member of the staff or a security person that has been standing there all along… Even though it’s blurred, we can see obviously there’s only 1 person standing on top of the stairs.
Here are some other caps:

From these two angles… again you can see consistent linear sequence of event… a man wearing black tee waiting on top of the stairs, and another wearing striped top (surrounded by fangirls) is climbing up… The man on top of the stairs is alone, no other person beside him… At this point it looks like Yoochun to me, but still blurry… The next cap is pretty clear:

Pay attention to the fan with the yellow hair band and the man with the striped top behind him… Looks familiar? Yeah, in the left side of the one of the two picture above, you can see her yellow hair band… She was climbing up, her position higher than the man with the striped top… Still linear and consistent.
The picture clearly shows Yoochun… I mean, I haven’t followed him in a while but pretty sure that’s how he looks like… Black tee, ALONE on top of the stairs… I don’t see any other staff member or security there…
Scroll up to the first set of caps… based on these set of consistent, linear set of pictures, I conclude that, yes… Yoochun was the one wearing the black top, standing on top of the stairs waiting for JJ, and for some reason he hit someone (I actually think he hit the girl with the yellow hair band and her friend but I can’t be sure… they were climbing up so it was logical conclusion). Does this still look like an accusation without any evidence?
Another thing the person in the tweet got wrong is the TIMELINE of the event. She said at the beginning:
This was a video taken in early 2009 during Mirotic promotions. It was taken by sasaeng (stalker) fans who were in front of the DBSK dorms waiting for the 5 members to return home
Pay attention to the tee Yoochun was wearing…

Again look at the consistency of this pictures with the picture before… Black tee, alone, a man wearing striped shirt walking up the stairs… You can even see the yellow hair band and the green cardigan of the girl of the left side… See what Yoochun was wearing? A tee with ‘Always Keep The Faith’ on the bottom… What makes this tee special? Well, it proves that this event was NOT from early 2009.
Here’s a post from dbsknights. It talks about a fan giving Yoochun a tee shirt… Surprise surprise, it’s the tee with Always Keep The Faith on the bottom… One guess what the color of the tee is… Yes, black.

Notice the tag on the bottom? It says 14th of August 09, and DBSKnights posted this on September 09. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don’t think you consider August or September to be ‘Early 2009’, more like ‘Late 2009’. This was after the lawsuit was filed… So I am taking a wild guess their relationship with SM might not be that good for SM to have a staff or a security guard for them (which actually explains the lack of presence of both in the video).
People might bash me for this, calling me a JYJ anti and whatever… But let me say this straight… If people hadn’t bash TVXQ fans/HoMin stans, calling them Ho-Tel and saying that we are making groundless and baseless accusations to fulfill our own agenda, I wouldn’t have made this post. One thing I can’t stand is how EASILY people believe in stuff that is not supported by video or photo when it comes to horrible things about SMent and deny ANYTHING bad about JYJ even when it comes with videos and photos.
I am not doing this to put down Yoochun, I am doing this to prove that the rumors was NOT groundless, it was NOT baseless. There are videos (which has been conveniently removed, btw), and photos from 2009. This isn’t something people photoshop to put down Yoochun on a whim last night, this has been around in the fandom for 2 years. In fact, there was a post on a JaechunSoulmate blog about that day… Guess what? the post miraculously disappeared about 3 hours ago… Fortunately Kfans are smart… They cap and download everything now…
This is what happens when you accuse people (especially Korean TVXQ fans) to being liars… THEY DIG FOR INFORMATION. Right now, all evidences point out that Yoochun is the person that hit the fangirl. What about the posters’ claim? IMHO, She isn’t the first fan to lie to protect JYJ… And she won’t be the last.
Do I think Yoochun is human? Yes. Do I consider him human? Yes. Do I think he has a good reason to hit the girl? Yes. Do I think that makes his action okay? No.
Being human, being sensitive, being emotional, being angry is not a good reason to commit physical assault to another human being. Do I think he’s a horrible person? heck no, there’s more to Yoochun than just this incident for crying out loud. But he did make a mistake here. I hope he regrets it and apologized and never do it again, for me it is much more admirable than making denials, or accusing others. We all make mistakes, and I’m not the type to throw people’s mistake on their faces when they apologize… I move on.
I watched the video, I saw the pics, I know what I saw. If people don’t want to admit it, that’s fine, but don’t accuse others of lying when this is what we have in front of us.
PS. This link might be interesting. It’s a Korean forum/site… It has a moving flash video of the incident and photo evidences… if anyone is interested to check it out that is…
PPS. This is as much as I want to say about the incident… I have shared what I know, so please don’t PM me or tweet me asking for an explanation. Just read what I wrote above.
PPPS. Before you even think of bashing me in my inbox… Please do me a favor and bring a brain with you… I can handle bashing or idiocy… I can’t handle both at the same time… it makes me cranky… ^___^
