I did smthing stupid 2day, which made me laugh so hard. There’s a JYJ vs. SME Legal Thread in new6theory, so I went & read. The 1st post was ‘Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented’. So, ok. The the OP post the lawsuit infos, but guess what, they are from JYJ sites, DCTVXQGall, DNBN (they made it so pretty, you know, but only trans, not the ori doc, and you have to type yourself, no clickie click) And yeah, it’s only from 1 side. 

Many actually thought the thread isn’t necessary, even 1 or 2 ot5 I see don’t want any more fanwars. But some1 thought the thread should be there, since she/he wants hard facts, and admits that all sides (JYJ, SM, Homin) kind of omit/ slightly change the parts that differs from their views/conviction. I kind of lololol. So she actually admits that what OP has posted are twisted. She kind of ask others to post news there if they have hard facts. So I laughed hard. The news are all there actually, from both parties. All she need to do, since she tries to be objective, but already thought that all infos are somewhat altered a bit, is sit back, open the biased blogs, read from both sites (and comments if you want to, and crigned at people who wish ill/death upon others, otherwise, don’t), compare, take time to analyze carefully, , and make your own decision in which to believe. 

If you’re really curious,  you don’t need others to feed it to you, you can search on your own. I thought the lawsuit infos can be easily found right now, and thanks to Precious we got from both sides. And if you can draw your own conclusion, believe in it, confident that it’s right, you don’t need others’ agreement for it to be legit. If you can’t do that, don’t blame others who can analyze with rational and logical thinking. I thought the OP would give objective view, but, lol, I didn’t feel dissapointed,  not at all that she didn’t  not at all that she didn’t. That’s why I Ioled so hard. It was really a good laugh. 

And I thought that the lawsuit is actually between KJJ, PYC, KJS and..4SM? Not JYJ (an idol group NOT RELATED to SM at all) against SM? Did I miss something? And they say CJS never saw the contract at all. Duh? Then why amend it 5 times. And SM should  bring legal/accounting pro at the profit distribution meeting. Bwahaha..why should they, they already have 3 rd party audit. If you have doubt, bring your own. Is it more expensive to pay the accountants than your luxury cars and apartments? Then how come you can afford lawyers and have so many other lawsuits. I thought lawyers are expensive too =D

And yes, most importantly, court has decided the contract is invalid. Don’t we still have trials??? Most laughable —>International petition for protecting human rights of JYJ has been decided. For what? For the right to life, equality before the law and freedom of expression; economic, social and cultural rights, etc. I thought that’s what they’re doing? Or am I wrong on the REAL concept of human right? Have they seen how people actually suffer in mostly poor country..are they brainless or uneducated or what?

Sorry, M, this is longer than the original one. But hey, I did laugh hard, and now ranting, =P

Ok, I should stop. Can’t wait for Precious next post about the lawsuit, hope he’s alright. Though I want the lawsuit to finish ASAP, with appeal, this case is going to take very long, and more lawyers fees to pay =P. Maybe in the meantime I can do stupid things again when I’m free, just to have a good laugh. HAHA. Ciao. Thnx for your time =)

The famous quote that TVXQ DC Gall and some JYJ sites use “Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented” is actually a quote from Elie Weisel, which fully states:

“I swore never to be silent whenever and wherever human beings endure suffering and humiliation. We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.”

The problem with the usage of the quote in the fandom is the fact that it is widely used by people who brings suffering and humiliation to Yunho and Changmin, by people who oppress their decision to return as TVXQ and has tormented them in their effort to live their life… Their double standard is almost laughable

They are blinded by the justification that quote has given for them to choose a side and take arms. In their almost religious crusade to defend who they perceive to be the victim and the tormentor, they have become a mean spirited tormentor and oppressor themselves. 

If people are curious about what’s going on, they can go to JYJ or TVXQ biased sites… Just read the hard facts and ignore the comment section… A forum is not a good place to gain understanding of such sensitive matter, IMO. Because one thing about legal document, is that the writing is so technical… You actually need to analyze the situation carefully, and read between the lines.

This is what I think… There’s no such thing as an unbiased view, there’s no such thing as an objective opinion. Those are oxymorons. We’re human, we’re all biased, even when reading court documents we are influenced by our education, our understanding of the English language, our understanding of the legal terms, by the translator’s POV and understanding of the case, etc. 

Hard facts are things like: TVXQ sold xxx,xxx number of TONE in 2011. Now that’s objective, because you can prove it… there’s no bias in hard facts…

I have read the legal documents, both that Precious translate and the ones translated by DNBN. I have read 6.25 translations done by Precious and DC gall… I have read interviews both by TVXQ and JYJ. This is why I can firmly stand my ground and say I have chosen a side.

At this point of time, the lawsuit won’t change which side I have chosen, and I doubt it will change the opinion of many hardcore fans. Let’s just face it, we humans can be pretty stubborn when it comes to the things we love. But yes, please do find out more about it, from both sides, because it’s tiring to see fans say that ‘THE CONTRACT WAS NEVER CHANGED’ when official court documents even state the DATES where the contracts were revised… 

And people need to learn which facts comes from the court documents, and which comes from 6.25 meeting. Official court documents is legally binding. 6.25 is a secret meeting that has been proven through audio but the people involved has yet taken responsibility for their statements, everything stated there is even less legally valid as any statement made on paper with signatures. Still funny how some people quotes things said in 6.25 but disregards things said in the official court documents, LOL

The lawsuit isn’t some kind of deux ex machina people might think it will be… The lawsuit won’t be the end to all the struggles both sides experience… The lawsuit is just another milestone in their lives. The moment the lawsuit is done and the sentence is carried out, we all move on… But when we actually learn and search for knowledge ourselves, we will bring that with us for the rest of our lives.

Thanks for sharing anon! Interesting how little people know 2 years after the whole fiasco. But I would suggest against those stupid things… sometimes it’s not good for the soul… Trust me, I know, LOL
